eBPF Observability

Kernel-level observability without code changes. eBPF runs verified programs at kprobes/uprobes/tracepoints/XDP, attaches them to syscalls and network paths, and exports telemetry to user-space. Cilium Hubble (L3/L4/L7 network flows), Pixie (in-cluster auto-telemetry), Parca/Pyroscope (continuous profiling), Falco/Tetragon (runtime security), Kepler (power).
